DISCIPLINE

Bak Mei (white eye brow) is taught from a traditional "authentic" stand point.

Ultimately, this means that traditionally, there is NO grading curriculum within the system.

Students will progress at their own rate and only when they adequately demonstrate what they have been taught from the class before.

The rate at which the students learn and progress with the system, is ultimately down to whether the student trains what he/she has been taught in a class environment, at home. Self-practice is a crucial learning tool as it gives the student time to reflect on what has been taught, analyse their own body movement shape and foundation and learn to apply their imagination to all the techniques, combinations and forms.
