Bak Mei (White Eyebrow) is a style of Kung Fu that incorporates both internal and external forces.
To learn Bak Mei means to learn defensive and offensive moves, using both for protection, safety, and health.
defense and offense moves are combined in most forms.
Bak Mei uses nature as inspiration for fighting and healing techniques. Many aspects from many animals are incorporated into our teachings. Like most animals a strong, yet mobile basis is required.
We teach the true, authentic, & traditional ways of Chinese Kung Fu culture.

"Ngor Mei Shan Bak Mei" can be viewed as ferocious, no nonsense, highly effective and combative system of self protection.
The system is based on the science of physics and the economy of motion. For ever action in attack and defence, there should be an equal and opposite reaction to help maximise the generation of our Geng Jak Ging (Shock force).
Our main focus is Ging
"Shock power" is based on the internal aspect of energy also "Yau gong" - flexible power.
Developing of "GING" we use a Roller bar (Jook gon gong), claw bag, Wooden dummy, pad work, 3/5/7 star sensitivity two man sets, hand combat forms, sparring, and weapons.
Little physical energy is used. These movements are extended to be able to deliver multiple, successive strikes at increasingly close range in the event the previous strike does not feel the opponent.
Attacks are directed at the sensitive areas such as ears, eyes, throat, underarms, sides, solar plexus, and groin.
Kicks are low and very early go above the groin level.
Various parts of the body work harmoniously in each movement.
Speed and power are harnessed from (Geng Jak Ging) shock power , the suddenness of motion of instinctive reflexes( such as wence put a hand on a hot stove or burnt by a match).
From the foundation in the feet , energy from the base travels up the legs, hips, waist, and arms through spiriralling vortex action that channels the whole body's power to the point of impact.
Two main animals we focus on is the ferociousness of the Tiger combined with the sharpness of the Leopard and the power of 108 Demon claws
ANIMAL FORMS
"Ancestors teach us dragon, snake, and crane
Master passes us the forms of tiger and panther"
Dragon, snake, panther, and crane are the 5 animals whose essence are in the core forms of Bak Mei.
The dragon coils with power; the snake attacks weak spots with accuracy; the ferocious tiger lashes out with power strikes; the stealthy panther pounces with lighting-quick reflexes; and the crane-pointed beak strikes hard at weak, soft spots.
